Acquisition - NRG and Texas Genco - Antitrust waiting period terminated

NRG and Texas Genco announced recently that FTC has granted the termination of the antitrust waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act for the proposed acquisition by NRG of Texas Genco LLC.
